Canceling an order placed by mistake

If you ordered the wrong item, you may be able to cancel your order before it ships. Contact our support team as soon as possible with your order number so we can check the status.

What happens after cancellation

Once your order has been canceled, please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. If you haven't received it yet, please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for your bank to receive the refund and process the funds into your account.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the product by opening a return request once you receive the package. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) form will be issued with a free return label to send it back.
